[OoT] Area transition problems

I've made a custom map over kokiri forest using its offset, I think should be, 28D0000
To keep the logic the same i wrote my exit to lead to the lost woods. (kokiri to lost woods) and it works. I left lost woods alone bc I thought I'd be able to go back into kokiri forest since lost woods already has points going back to kokiri. And what happens?

REFUSES TO LOAD when I am trying to get back into kokiri

I thought maybe it's the actors bc I know the doors and chests come out wrong? And appear non textured and black.

So I limited the area to 1 actor, one stinking flame. 0008, 0000 with group number 0001

Nada. Still won't load.

Any advice to get transitions to work?

Anyone had a successful trial from one area to another?

Have you tried on Nemu?, sometimes project 64 refuses to load certain scenes and transitions

You're trying to travel between a custom Kokiri Forest and the Lost Woods. Do you have enough spawn points in Kokiri Forest?

<OCA> x0286: Entrance 6, Kokiri Forest (85) from Lost Woods, var x41

I see what you're saying. So I mapped out the exits in kokiri forest but I don't know what each exit/ entrance correlates to on the map. Is there a way to scroll through each to see each one by location aside from the ones you provided and the deku tree?

Note: I made sure the exits were for adult link

The part that gets ugly is figuring out which grotto is meant by which on the table.

If it wasn't for you giving me those two entrances I'm not sure what I would have put.

There isn't some program like sharp ocarina or utility of time that lets you view exits in the area???
