so i see @newsupermiowii is have so much trouble with some of the texture mapping for adult link 3d they need to be fix so I am here to fix them for him @newsupermiowii I am happy for you being on project 3ds team thanks for all your work and you're doing a lot for the team and the community that supports it but there's a lot more to go on then Just adult link 3d that's another time to talk about for now this topic is just to help @newsupermiowii with adult link 3d texture mapping issues ;) keep up the good work man and everybody else is on my project 3ds team I am even working on a little something but I'm not really to reveal it yet well here's the fix adult link 3ds master for now ;)

yeah dude slowly learning on and on about it over right now when I imported to the rom it crashes on project 64 but I might know what the problem is I think the textures of the sword bit is not right so I'm going to try to fix that :D
oops I was wrong the texture bit is perfect so I don't know why the rom crashes on project 64 does anybody have any suggestions :(
Does PJ64 load the rom? Or does it give you an error somewhat like this one:

If that's the error, there may be a way to fix it. I am currently testing a program that is supposed to fix the coding in the ROM, which should allow the ROM to run. So far, it hasn't worked, but I am going to try updating it. If you want to try that, and see if it works (even if you aren't getting this error. Just make a copy of the ROM first as a backup, just in case something screws up), I can PM you a link to the page where you can get this tool.

no it says project64 has stop working then force close but I'm using project 64 16 not 17 so the error must be different on each one :(

If you want me to, I can go ahead and try the ROM on my PJ64 (once again, 1.7).
Just as a sidenote, are you using a "textures-load" folder like flotonic used for his? This is the only way (as far as I know), to guarentee that the textures will load. If not, I can try to extract the textures into a folder, as I have all the files necessary,
If you want me to test the ROM in 1.7, just PM me.

I don't even have to use that to fix the models. Just don't use google Sketchup for the 3ds models. Much easier than trying to fix the UV Mapping by hand
There is plenty of modeling software out there, such as Wings 3D or Blender, or better yet, 3DS Max

I don't even have to use that to fix the models. Just don't use google Sketchup for the 3ds models. Much easier than trying to fix the UV Mapping by hand

me i mio tried every program you could name for adult link still isess sorry but ad link is broking in textures have to fix them :P

Guess what. I fixed it simply by not using Sketchup at all. Just started it by importing into 3DS Max, and no issues at all. Import into 3DS Max, then export as .3ds, and then import into wings 3d
