Welcome to Zelda64.net. Announcements can be found below!
As of 3.1.2017, this site seems pretty dead. Or on the brink of dying. So I've decided to try to help it out. Z64 is having its theme reworked to be more modern and professional. I'll try my best to get back into the Zelda modding scene. Hopefully we can get this place back up without the cobwebs (and without looking like a web page from the 1990s). Enjoy the current Zelda64 Dark theme over the next few days while I finish sorting out the rest of it and the Light theme. Thanks for sticking with us. Sylux102 out.
Welcome to Zelda64. We hope you enjoy your visit.

I find codes and stuff...
What you will need…
- A hex editor (I recommend HxD)
- Ocarina of Time Debug Rom

Frontflip Jump Strike
C23142: Change “29 00” to “2A 60”
C23162: Change “29 10” to “2A 50”
C23166: Change “29 08” to “2A 58”
C2316A: Change “29 08” to “2A 58”

Gameshark Code for Frontflip Jump Strike

813F4466 2A58
D13F446A 2908
813F446A 2A58

(If you no longer want the frontflip jump strike animation, just turn off the code and enter the Subscreen to revert the animation back to its original jump strike.)

Replacing Farore’s Wind, Nayru’s Love, and Din’s Fire Effects

(You can replace the values with anything from the Actor list. Not all can work in a single map alone, you would have to find a place where that actor’s value is. Also, some may crash the game.)

Replacing Spin Attack’s Effect

More offsets and gameshark codes to come soon.
(I only know how to convert gameshark codes that have “3” as the 3rd number in a gameshark code’s address into HxD offsets. This is how I can find the gameshark codes for some of the offsets.)

Is there anyway to burn these codes into the Debug Rom???
Or something.
It would be great for my project.

Finally! A code to allow adult link to crawl in crawlspaces! BTW, have you figured out a code to enable the DISk logo on the 1.0 versions title screen?

Ok so I'm a noob to this. So I just open the debug rom or gameplay_keep? How to search the offsets? Are they hex, floating point, text string, etc. I am using HxD by the way. Like, how would I change Adult Link being able to crawl? Do I search C0DF87 in HxD as a hex number, a text string, or a floating point? A little help would be appriciated. edit: Nevermind! Just found out what I didn't do. :D
