As a lot of people gave up in this mod, since 2 weeks ago, I'm going forward to make this happen: 3DS Adult Link in OoT!![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() At last, the models of my weapons have bad texture mapping (most of them). Nice work Moi! Looks great so far (even though it was just a quick test.). As jimmy said, welcome to the team. I am going to see what I can do about importing maps. I am much better with maps than dlists. The only reason I want to do two parts of the project at once is because of an idea from a comment I got on my youtube channel a while back. Don't expect all the maps to get imported due to lack of ROM Space. What I will probably end up doing is completely re-creating each and every map with less-polies than the 3ds maps, but will try my best to keep them the same. But, that will take lots of time, and I will be doing that in my free time, which ATM, can't happen, as I can't get to my computer. Sorry for lack-of-work in quite a while. I got mono just recently, and can't get to my computer. So, I am stuck on my mother's laptop, which she doesn't want me bombarding with my game and ROM Hacking stuff. This may be a little off-topic, but, it isn't possible (unfortunately) to view them directly from a program as of yet. The only way to import the animations into ROMs is to re-create them from scratch in HT from examples in YT videos. I thought of doing this. It will take a very long time, though, as you have to re-create the animations for just about every single thing. its not impossible, though, it takes a lot of patience. I may do the link animations to go with the Adult Link 3DS port, and let Jimmy take over the HUD textures for me, as those haven't really gotten anywhere. ------ Sorry for going too off topic. Thank you! About the 3DS map importing, our 3DS texture pack is made to avoid importing every 3DS map in the original game, even if it's remade. The pack makes the original OoT game very near to its remake, so it wouldn't be neccessary to remake every 3DS map and import it. About the animations, I don't really recommend you to remake every animation from OoT3D, only the main ones (rolling, running, jumping...) I know I've said you that patience is the key for success, well, and it's true (sometimes I have even to learn from my own words lol) but both Adult and Child Link have like +150 animations, so you'd need a lot of free time + God's patience to finish ALL of the animations. BTW, I like your intentions and the effort you're giving to the project. Do what you can. I only say that the project can be finished with good results without getting harder into it. Thank you very much for your response, Moi. There are some maps that may have to end up being imported. I'm sure you understand this. I believe that if anything, the Temple of Time is definately going to be one map that may end up getting replaced, and the Door of Time's DLIST getting an update, too. But, that's an idea for another day. |

I believe that import only death mountain mod 3DS on hyrule field and kakariko village of n64 version, this form give an essence at Zelda OOT 3DS on n64 :p Thanks to all for the contributions and enthusiasm for the Project 3DS ![]() and send me when you want the equipment and HUD textures :p |

Micro update: Texture colors are fixed (see the last image in the main post) I see. But as I said, with a 3DS Texture Pack, we don't need to import any 3DS map model. Anyways, if you want to try, I've uploaded the Temple of Time model from OoT3D to the Sketchup Warehouse: https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model.html?id=ufb1e76d6-f80a-4d0c-a194-96ac5d2943a5 It's pretty complex though.
