http://pointblank.bz/pb/Nontondo_64/mm3dactors.txt

The first number is the offset in MM3D's code.bin file (not part of the ROMFS) where the actor data is. In parenthesis is the actor number in the N64 version, followed by the actor name, taken from the N64 debug ROM, if applicable. Below that is the actor number in the 3DS version, followed by the object number it uses. Everything is in hex.

Something happened to pointblank.bz, there's even a post on here about it. Change it to filly.dance.
filly.dance/pb/Nontondo_64/mm3dactors.txt
It asks for a username and password though, so I have no clue?

Edit: nvm you asked for the actual file im dumb
