http://wiki.cloudmodding.com/oot/Cutscenes covers the basic stuff for making your own custom cutscenes. Cutscenes aren't the easiest to modify because of the variable length commands.

You can use the Debug Camera tool in the debug rom to generate 01/02 camera control codes iirc, and then save that to a mem pack. Everything else you kind of have to feel out on your own.
Hey oh how do you save the cutscene as you said in the debug tool to a memory pack you know I never owned one before on my N64 and I'm curious to know what it does?
Because if there's any way I could track the code from the debug tool of the cutscenes that you can make using the debug camera tool I could probably get a custom cutscenes finally working.

I'm just saying I don't know nothing about the mem pack.
And this is kind of giving me a method that I could do here.
So can you tell me how would I exactly save it to a memory pack?

I'm sorry for asking such a newbie question but I have never owned one of those before on my N64 only an expansion pack. :(
You're talking about that little thing that connects to the N64 controller right? You know what you might be talking about the little pack that goes in the middle but how would you save it to that anyways yeah.

Yes i'm talking about the thing that connects to the N64 controller. If anyone could figure out a way to reliably parse the data, that'd be great

I'm working on it I'm hoping today I can have a video of demonstration.

Then I would show a video of a guide sometime next week hopefully maybe this week.

That is how far I get but I have a problem.

The mpk file.

It's not dumping in the save folder of project64.

I have memory pack check under the controller configurations settings.

Under player 3 nothing it won't dump anything any advice? :)
