I wanted to keep the original textures, but convert them into HD format as much as possible, and also add a little Skyward Sword style. Twilight Princess was suppose to aim towards a dark look+feel, but failed miserably by the power of blurry/ugly textures. The game also lacks lighting effects and shadow effects, so I'm working on getting shader addons(ReShade, SweetFX, etc.) to become compatible with the game. I'm aiming to get SSAO or HBAO, and DoF to work properly. I've seen some people that had success with some effects, but no tutorial. I NEED SOME HELP WITH APPLYING THOSE EFFECTS! I really want to get Twilight Princess polished as much as possible. The textures, that I've done, are looking beautiful, but the lackluster of HBAO, SSAO, and DoF is killing the feel. I know it's possible to get the effects working because I have successfully implemented HBAO and DoF on the Project64 ROMS(Majora's Mask, OoT, and Conker.) So yeah... SCREENSHOTS! If the game slows down, using SSAO, try turning down the "SSAO Quality" slider or perhaps the "Sample Range" slider. If you are still experiencing an FPS drop, try disabling Anti-Aliasing by setting it to "None" or try using a lower "Internal Resolution." If none of that helps, then you can just use DoF by selecting "DOF" in the "Post-Processing Effect" drop-down menu. You can make all the textures to load on a real Wii, but you will have to downscale the textures. 256x256 would be the max. resolution limit for the game. Also, you'd need to open the files manually from the ISO, replacing the textures from a BMD model, repacking and replacing the file into tour ISO. And you have to make that for all textures you want to edit, so it's a lot of work actually...but not impossible! PS: There's no any Riivolution template for TP as for now (you can make it though), so at the moment you'd have to load an ISO with an USB loader. |

Sorry, for the long reply(computer issues.) I guess I'll have to do it the hard way, but that's after I completely re-texture the game. As far as making the textures compatible, for the Wii edition; yes, I'll just rename to match the Wii textures. I want to do this because I want to see it on the Wii U. Hopefully; implementing advanced shaders to Wii Homebrew games will be possible the time I can actually afford a Wii U xD Sweet, I was actually going to do that after hearing the failure method of Riivolution. I was chatting with a game developer about repacking textures to the ISO. He'll give me some help, but more help is appreciated, when the time comes. I will not be able to share any updates since my internet has been giving me issues, for the past 3 days. So I was thinking today, and I remembered there is 2 good gamecube emulators for Wii homebrew. There is Nintendont and something else. Maybe if we can get in contact with them, maybe when can see if they can add texture pack support. Maybe even those shaders. |

The Wii is not powerful enough for that. IFK if the Wii can even handle textures larger than the original size. |

Pretty snazzy, but the trim around the tunic is supposed to be royal blue and the emblem is supposed to be be a navyish blue |

It's really awesome. Also for the grey arts on the sleeves and the sides, you could probably just use the chainmail texture you have for that, because it's chainmail ![]() Also, quick question. What does Link's face look like up close? Edited by HeroOfHyruleLink, May 22 2015, 09:13 PM.

That's actually good news xD Without the chainmail; Link's collar is open, showing the V-neck. That's why the Triforce logo looked off xD You're gonna like the improvements, I think.
