I wanted to keep the original textures, but convert them into HD format as much as possible, and also add a little Skyward Sword style. Twilight Princess was suppose to aim towards a dark look+feel, but failed miserably by the power of blurry/ugly textures. The game also lacks lighting effects and shadow effects, so I'm working on getting shader addons(ReShade, SweetFX, etc.) to become compatible with the game. I'm aiming to get SSAO or HBAO, and DoF to work properly. I've seen some people that had success with some effects, but no tutorial. I NEED SOME HELP WITH APPLYING THOSE EFFECTS! I really want to get Twilight Princess polished as much as possible. The textures, that I've done, are looking beautiful, but the lackluster of HBAO, SSAO, and DoF is killing the feel. I know it's possible to get the effects working because I have successfully implemented HBAO and DoF on the Project64 ROMS(Majora's Mask, OoT, and Conker.) So yeah... SCREENSHOTS! If the game slows down, using SSAO, try turning down the "SSAO Quality" slider or perhaps the "Sample Range" slider. If you are still experiencing an FPS drop, try disabling Anti-Aliasing by setting it to "None" or try using a lower "Internal Resolution." If none of that helps, then you can just use DoF by selecting "DOF" in the "Post-Processing Effect" drop-down menu. I already got shader effects to work. I got way more than simple color enhancements and basic bloom. I've achieved TRUE bloom, ambient lighting, lens flare, etc. The only effects I'm having trouble with are the shadowing effects(SSAO or HBAO) and blurring effects(DoF.) The second red Link has black stockings. That screenshot is old. I've done so much more, and I'll be sharing the updates, very soon. As for Deity Link: yes, he is a WIP, and I am looking for extra help on his texture work. I don't have any tool to precisely draw the shapes, but I'll do my very best. At the moment, I am stuck with getting certain effects working(SSAO, HBAO, and DoF.) After I got those finished, I'll start working on some textures. There aren't any new images shared. It's still the same Link skins screenshot. The best way to see what I've done is by watching the video I've uploaded on YouTube. I'm pretty sure I shared a link to it. So you are using sweetFX? Or managed to hack the games shader files and adding it as a ROM patch? |

I use ReShade ![]() ReShade does way more than a couple color enhancements. |

So does sweetfx is you know how to use it properly with custom shaders. Reshade is a sweetfx knock off program. |

I've done so many fixes and revamps. I have many items icons to finish(the HUD,) but at the mean time, here's some progress. Keep in mind, I won't share EVERYTHING because that would be too many screenshots. I'll create another video, with my REAL voice and accent, this time(I'll explain THAT, in the video.) I've enhanced/fixed the vines that you clime. Before and after, below. Spoiler: click to toggle I've revamped my old texture work of Ordon Village, and the HUD has been completely overhauled+redesigned to support the Widescreen AR Code and to have a HUD-clutter-free experience. Please note that I deleted many of my old Ordon Village textures because I wanted to revamp them; some textures in the "AFTER" image will look the same as the "BEFORE" image. Before and after, below. That bloom effect is a bit too orange. There should be a tint feature to add a bit more blue to make it less orange. Just a thought |

I can do that. I'm making presets; those who want a bright Zelda game install the default preset, those who want a dark Zelda game install the dark preset, and those who want a realism feel install the blue/realistic colors preset. |
