Hello!
Since 2010, there is Majora's Mask Debug rom available online due to Cendamos generosity for sharing the rom but unfortunately the rom is seriously underrated because this a PAL version of MM so the game is very slow BUT thanks to Wareya for the 25 FPS gameshark code.
Code:

Only for MM Debug:

8125479C 0002
81254780 0002
812547B8 0002
Advantages:

Important: You need to have Controller 2 plugged in before launch the game for enable all debugging features.

Switch Forms: Left Trigger + Digital-Down. | Controller 1

Noclip: Digital-Up for enable/disable - C-Buttons for move horizontally - A for descend and B for rise. | Controller 1

Map Select: Left Trigger + Right Trigger + Z Trigger. | Controller 1

Inventory Editor: Left Trigger when the inventory is already open, for further information. | Controller 1

I have not said everything but the most useful, thanks for reading.

Thank you, this is great, it basically makes this playable now, only thing is sound is like how it was slowed down, and 25 is kinda more speed up then smother, still better then 15 :D

So it isn't really an increase in FPS then, it's just sped up? Or did the PAL version actually slow the game down and that's why it's sped up?

There was actually another version of his patch made that adjusted the sound sampling and changed it to actually be NTSC mode, the downside is the cutscenes were no longer synced (Wareya explained this was due to having different files for the cutscenes).

I unfortunately don't recall much else and can't pull it up since his forums are offline, I do have a copy of the patch though: http://www.mediafire.com/download/2yacx8tth889682/MM_Decompressed_Debug_NTSC_Conversion.zip

Edit: the gameshark codes above adjust the frameskip, so there are some changes in the physics as well.

From what I recall, the animations are tied to the framerate. Is it possible to copy over all the animations from the NTSC version and replace the PAL versions, then modify the framerate? Or is that not possible?
