[OoT DBG] Shield Always Out (redefined)

This patch was originally made by Ganondork back in Maco64 http://forums.maco64.com/topic/7164295/1/

It was simply just having the shield in Link's hand. So what I did was change some animations and edit out little stuff so it actually looks like Link holding the shield out infront of him from beta zelda64 :P

@Likiji123 really soon I'll try to make a patch..of the redone patch :P my pc have always had problems with the patch maker program.. So I'll see what I do =]
