On April 9, 2016, 428 "abandoned" accounts were deleted. This is merely a spring cleaning of sorts. If your account was not active since early March AND you had less than 30 posts, your account was deleted. Recompiling Rom?

Hello everyone, I want to try recompile the debug rom, but I don't really know the steps required. All actors were already disassembled (thanks spinout182!). There is a makerom, I just want to know the steps in recompiling the debug rom with the japanese language files and 64dd data.

im not sure there's a way to rebuild the rom without a lot of pastes and rebuilding the file table. i do think there was a tool that did that but don't quote me on that.
