Difference between the Japanese, US and Debug Rom

I don't know if someone has mentioned this before, but there is only 1 difference and that is a byte 4A and 45, which is J and E and that basically switches the language. It also works for 1.1 rom but not 100% sure about 1.2. Anyway GS codes are universal and any documentation that applies to japanese 1.0 applies to us 1.0. Same around.

The debug rom though. Many files are very different on how they are read. An example of this is that object_mag's offsets cannot be read correctly by retail ovl_title. I will proceed further researching.
